A quick and healthy meal featuring perfectly cooked salmon fillets and crisp green beans, all made effortlessly in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), skin on
12 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, toss the green beans with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper until evenly coated.
In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, paprika, remaining 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper to create a seasoning paste.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Spread the seasoning paste evenly over the top of each fillet.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
Arrange the green beans around the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the green beans are tender-crisp.
Carefully remove the salmon and green beans from the air fryer.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over the salmon and green beans.
