12 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 bunch asparagus (about 1 pound), trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, asparagus pieces, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Place the shrimp and asparagus mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
